Cuba's Best Beaches

Cuba is known for its vast array of amazing beaches. Two of the most popular are the connected beaches of Playa Paraiso and Playa Sirena. These two boast of stretches of powdery sand along the Cayo Largo del Sur. These pristine beaches have relaxing and tranquil atmosphere that are far from the crowded ambience of other beaches. There is just one establishment on Playa Paraiso, which is a beachside restaurant.

If you're looking for something more upscale, head to Varadero, which is the prime beach resort destination in Cuba. This belongs to the top resorts in the entire Caribbean. It is packed with comfortable amenities and exciting activities that can provide you with your most memorable vacation. Located on a small island called Cayo Ensenachos are the Playa Ensenachos and Playa Mégano. These beaches are known for their crystalline waters and coral reefs teeming with fabulous underwater marine creatures. You would also want to visit Playa Ancón. It prides itself for having close proximity to Trinidad, one of Cuba's most prized treasures. Here, you will experience not only fun under the sun but also educational journey into the colonial history and culture of the place. Some tiny cays located off the north coast can also provide excellent beach experience. These beaches are called Cayos Coco and Guillermo. Here, you can enjoy unspoiled beaches, diving opportunities, and various kinds of watersports. Finally, Cayo Sabinal. This one is the perfect destination for those looking for a secluded getaway. With its stunning coral reefs and pristine beaches, it is a paradise that any eco-tourist will adore.
