Bus
Takes 3 hours but it might last 4 depending on the traffic including a stop for lunch. It costs 90Ph and it's good if you have plenty of time or little money. Buses start at Cebu north Bus Terminal at 4:30 a.m and then every half an hour. Fares are about 90Ph.

Ferry Boats
The Island can be reached by Ferry from Hagnaya Wharf located at San Remigio or from Cadiz City in Negros Occidental make it in 1 hour. Fares are about 150-200Ph. 2 Fastcrafts can make it in half an hour and cost 100Ph up.

RO-Ro-Boats
An option of taking a boat from Cebu directly to Santa Fe for 300Ph up.
