Exotic Beach Vacations In Jamaica Villas

Jamaica villas in the Caribbean are quite well known these days for the exotic and luxurious beach vacations they offer. But it wasn't like this around 60 years ago, when most people used to stay at hotels. But once the villa concept caught on in the 1950s, it quickly turned into a popular trend and now it is an organized industry and a big part of the local economy.

There are Jamaica villas available for travelers of all stripes, from cheap ones for budget tour groups to massive palatial ones for those in need of a luxurious vacation. Some of these palace-like villas are often used by wealthy vacationers for extended stays or winter getaways. Such a villa may have everything from its own private beach to a helipad.

Guests can enjoy everything from water sports to golfing and visiting old Churches and art galleries. Other popular locations include Negril, Ocho Rios and Discovery Bay. Obviously, it's hard to recommend one over the other, but since most visitors end up coming back again for annual vacations, it's not really much of a problem.

Consider a villa on a hilltop overlooking Montego Bay and the mountains, with lush gardens and swaying palms providing cover for the outdoor pool. There'll be a sundeck and patio, along with a barbeque grill. Separate quarters are provided for staff.

4-6 guests can expect at least 2 bedroom suites with separate living areas and bathrooms. For big groups, Jamaica villas with 6-7 bedrooms spread over two to three floors are also widely available. Don't forget to ask for airport transfers, because these are usually included in the price.
